Dr. Julian Giles has always wanted to make a difference in the world through helping others. Chiropractic became an obvious choice to him after seeing a friend's family practice and the change that could be made in a patient's health through natural means.  He loves what he does and is constantly learning to improve his techniques and knowledge base.

Dr. Julian is from Illinois and moved to Missouri to study biology and psychology at University of Missouri in Columbia. He then went on to study chiropractic at Cleveland Chiropractic in Overland Park, Kansas.

When he gets free time, Dr. Julian loves spending time with his family, traveling and catching up on the latest education opportunities in chiropractic.

Shannon Giles has always had a passion for helping others. She started her career being a chiropractic assistant for several years and while doing that, furthered her education by becoming a holistic health coach. While she loved her work, she wanted to offer healing to her clients beyond their nutrition.  After a discussion with her (now) husband, Massage therapy seemed a clear choice.

Since becoming a massage therapist, she has gained a profound appreciation and joy in her work.  Shannon is passionate about learning and continues to fine tune her craft.  She has a daughter and a baby on the way. When she does get down time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and being in nature.

Hi my name is Kara!

I was born and raised here in KCMO which is where I graduated from the Wellspring School of Allied Health for massage therapy. My goal with massage is to care for my clients by easing their pain and creating a peaceful environment for them to relax in. Today the world is such a fast-paced, stressful environment to live in which is why I believe getting a good massage is more important now than ever.

Besides massage therapy, I love to get cozy with some books, go hiking, eat good food, and watch my favorite Netflix shows.
